VPR QUEENHOODβ’ is a community initiative owned, operated and managed by VPR Entertainment and/or its authorized entities, affiliates, representatives and management team.
By applying for membership, participating in activities, accessing services, joining community groups or engaging with VPR QUEENHOODβ’, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. OWNERSHIP
VPR QUEENHOODβ’, its name, brand identity, logo, trademarks, concepts, systems, membership structure, databases, programs, events, content, intellectual property, websites, social media assets and all related rights are the exclusive property of VPR Entertainment.
No member, ambassador, mentor, advisor, volunteer, city leader, committee member or participant shall acquire any ownership, partnership, equity, profit-sharing, management or intellectual property rights in VPR QUEENHOODβ’ by virtue of participation.
2. MEMBERSHIP NATURE
Membership is a voluntary participation-based community membership.
Membership does not create:
- Employment
- Partnership
- Franchise
- Joint Venture
- Agency Relationship
- Shareholding
- Ownership Interest
- Profit Participation Rights
- Management Rights
between the member and VPR Entertainment.
3. NO OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
No member, ambassador, mentor, advisor, city leader, volunteer or participant shall have any right, claim or interest in:
- Brand Ownership
- Company Assets
- Intellectual Property
- Membership Database
- Revenue
- Sponsorship Income
- Event Income
- Advertising Revenue
- Website Assets
- Social Media Accounts
- Financial Records
- Business Decisions
All such rights shall remain exclusively with VPR Entertainment.
4. COMMUNITY DATA RIGHTS
All membership information, member records, registrations, participation data, event data, engagement records, community information and related databases collected through VPR QUEENHOODβ’ shall remain the exclusive property of VPR Entertainment.
Members acknowledge that:
- Community databases belong exclusively to VPR Entertainment.
- Members do not acquire any ownership rights in community data.
- Members shall not copy, export, sell, distribute or misuse community information.
- Unauthorized collection or use of member data is strictly prohibited.
5. AMBASSADOR, LEADER & ADVISORY ROLES
Any designation including but not limited to:
- Ambassador
- City Ambassador
- State Ambassador
- Mentor
- Volunteer
- Community Leader
- Advisory Member
- Committee Member
- Coordinator
shall be honorary, contractual or voluntary in nature unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
Such roles shall not create any ownership, governance, voting or financial rights.
VPR Entertainment may appoint, suspend, modify or terminate such roles at its sole discretion.
6. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Membership benefits may include opportunities, events, workshops, networking activities, photoshoots, recognition programs and community experiences.

- Operational Requirements
- Applicable Charges (where applicable)
VPR Entertainment does not guarantee participation in every activity.
7. RECOGNITION & AWARDS
Awards, recognitions, titles, features and opportunities are discretionary and subject to evaluation criteria established by VPR Entertainment.
No member shall have a legal claim to receive any award, title or recognition.
8. VPR MISS & MRS INDIA OPPORTUNITIES
Any opportunities related to VPR Miss & Mrs India or associated programs are subject to eligibility, screening, selection criteria and applicable terms.
Membership does not guarantee selection, participation or advancement.
9. MEMBER CONDUCT
Members shall:
- Maintain respectful conduct
- Avoid harassment
- Avoid abusive behavior
- Avoid defamatory statements
- Avoid unlawful activity
- Respect other members
VPR Entertainment reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for misconduct.
10. MEDIA CONSENT
Members may voluntarily participate in events, activities, photoshoots, interviews, recordings and promotional campaigns.
By participating, members grant VPR Entertainment the right to use photographs, videos, recordings and related content for promotional, marketing, educational and commercial purposes.
No additional compensation shall be payable unless separately agreed in writing.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All logos, trademarks, content, graphics, photographs, designs, videos, publications, systems and materials related to VPR QUEENHOODβ’ remain the exclusive intellectual property of VPR Entertainment.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY
Members, ambassadors, advisors and volunteers shall not disclose confidential information relating to:
- Business Operations
- Financial Information
- Community Data
- Marketing Plans
- Member Information
- Strategic Information
without written authorization.
13. MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated by VPR Entertainment.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VPR Entertainment shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from participation in community activities, events or programs.
Participation is voluntary and at the member's own discretion.
15. RIGHT TO MODIFY
VPR Entertainment reserves the right to:

at any time without prior notice.
16. TERMINATION
VPR Entertainment may suspend, restrict or terminate any membership, role or participation if it determines that such action is necessary to protect the community, brand, members or operations.
17. GOVERNING AUTHORITY
VPR QUEENHOODβ’ is owned and operated by VPR Entertainment.
All decisions relating to administration, management, membership, branding, intellectual property, events and operations shall remain solely with VPR Entertainment.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
By joining VPR QUEENHOODβ’, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Membership Fees
Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
Once membership is approved and activated, no refund shall be provided except where required under applicable law.
Event Registrations
Event participation fees may have separate cancellation policies depending on the event.
Cancellation By Member
Members may discontinue participation at any time.
However, membership fees already paid shall not be refunded.
Cancellation By VPR Entertainment
VPR Entertainment reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify events, activities or programs.
In such cases, alternative arrangements, credits or refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of VPR Entertainment.
Force Majeure
VPR Entertainment shall not be liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or technical failures.

6. PHOTOS, VIDEOS & CONTENT
Members must respect the privacy of others.

7. EVENTS & MEETUPS
During events, workshops, photoshoots, meetups and community activities:
Members are expected to:

8. LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Ambassadors, Mentors, Advisors, Leaders and Volunteers are expected to:

- β Avoid conflicts of interest
Leadership roles do not grant authority beyond the scope assigned by VPR Entertainment.
9. REPORTING A CONCERN
Any member who experiences or witnesses misconduct may report it to:

Knowingly submitting false, misleading or malicious complaints may result in disciplinary action.
12. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP
Membership and participation in VPR QUEENHOODβ’ are privileges, not rights.
VPR Entertainment may suspend, restrict or terminate participation if it determines such action is necessary to protect members, the community or the organization.
13. FINAL AUTHORITY
All decisions regarding interpretation, enforcement and implementation of this policy shall rest solely with VPR Entertainment.
Such decisions shall be final and binding.
14. ACCEPTANCE
By joining, participating in or engaging with VPR QUEENHOODβ’, members acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with this Code of Conduct & Anti-Harassment Policy.

1. NO DIRECT MEMBER-TO-MEMBER MESSAGING
Members shall not use VPR QUEENHOODβ’ directories, WhatsApp Communities, groups or member information for unsolicited direct messaging.
Members are prohibited from:

- β Adding members to external groups without consent
- β Collecting member contact information
- β Mass messaging members
- β Using member data for personal business purposes
Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.
2. OFFICIAL COMMUNITY POSTING SYSTEM
To maintain quality and safety, members cannot directly post promotional content inside official VPR Queenhood community announcement channels.
Members may submit content to the VPR Queenhood Management Team for review.
Only content approved by management may be published.
Management reserves the right to approve, reject, edit or remove any submission without explanation.
3. MEMBER PROMOTION BENEFIT
Active members may receive up to:

Mentors may:

State Ambassadors do not possess management authority.
9. CITY LEADERS

City Leaders may:

10. VOLUNTEERS

No Member, Mentor, Ambassador, Advisor, Volunteer or City Leader shall:

- β Create parallel databases
Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
12. COMMUNICATION POLICY
Official announcements shall only be issued by authorized VPR Entertainment representatives.
No leadership member may issue official statements without approval.
13. SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
Only authorized persons may:

- Use official branding
Unauthorized use may result in disciplinary action.
14. WHATSAPP COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE
Community safety is a priority.
Members, Mentors, Ambassadors and Advisory Council Members shall not:

15. CONFLICT OF INTEREST

unless expressly authorized in writing.

- Community Systems
remain exclusive property of VPR Entertainment.
21. CODE OF CONDUCT
All individuals must:

22. FINAL AUTHORITY
All governance, policy, leadership, appointment, operational and community decisions shall remain under the exclusive authority of VPR Entertainment.
