The Registration Fee is applicable for the audition and selection process only. The Registration Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
No separate Grand Finale participation fee is payable by an eligible selected finalist to whom the Miera sponsorship is applicable. Miera may sponsor the applicable Grand Finale participation fee up to ₹1,00,000/- per eligible selected participant, subject to official sponsorship terms, eligibility, selection and applicable conditions.
The sponsorship is a non-cash benefit and cannot be transferred, encashed or withdrawn.
The applicable Finale Hospitality Package is mandatory for selected finalists and is separate from the Miera sponsorship. Hospitality charges cover accommodation, meals and specified event coordination and facilities as mentioned in the applicable package.
Travel expenses to and from the event venue are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing by VPR Entertainment.
Grooming, training, photoshoot, makeup, styling and other optional services are voluntary and do not influence selection results.
1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1.1 The candidate must agree to abide by all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines issued by VPR Entertainment.
1.2 VPR Entertainment reserves the right to modify, update or amend the rules, regulations, schedules, procedures or participation requirements from time to time, subject to applicable law.
1.3 Miss Category: Candidates must generally be between 18 and 40 years of age.
1.4 Mrs Category: Candidates must generally be between 18 and 65 years of age.
1.5 Candidates may be required to provide valid proof of age and identity, including Passport, Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card or other valid government-recognized documents.
1.6 The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
1.7 Eligible marital-status categories may include married, unmarried, divorced, single mother and widow participants, subject to the applicable category requirements.
1.8 Participants below 18 years of age may participate only with the prior written consent of their parent or legal guardian and may be required to submit additional documentation as prescribed by VPR Entertainment.
2. REGISTRATION & REGISTRATION FEE
2.1 The Registration Fee is ₹3000/-.
2.2 The Registration Fee is applicable to the audition and selection process.
2.3 Payment of the Registration Fee does not guarantee selection for the Grand Finale.
2.4 Registration confirms participation in the audition process only.
2.5 The Registration Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
2.6 Registration information submitted by the participant must be accurate, complete and genuine.
2.7 VPR Entertainment reserves the right to reject or cancel an application where information is found to be false, incomplete, misleading or unverifiable.
3. AUDITION PROCESS
3.1 After successful registration, participants may receive a Miera Gift Hamper of approximately ₹5,000/- value, subject to availability and applicable conditions.
3.2 Participants may be required to prepare and submit audition content according to the official guidelines provided by VPR Entertainment.
Personal introduction, confidence and personality showcase.
Creative video featuring Miera products.
Basic ramp walk performance showcasing posture and confidence.
Conducted through an online Zoom session or another platform designated by VPR Entertainment.
3.3 Participants may be required to post selected content on social media and tag the relevant brand or official page according to the applicable guidelines.
3.4 Participants may undergo virtual interviews through Zoom or other digital platforms.
3.5 Selection may be based on factors including:
- Overall performance
- Confidence and personality
- Presentation
- Communication
- Stage presence
- Suitability for the applicable category
- Overall audition performance
3.6 The audition result may be communicated through the official communication channel designated by VPR Entertainment.
3.7 Participants must submit audition entries only through the official submission method communicated by VPR Entertainment.

WhatsApp submissions will not be accepted for official audition evaluation unless specifically authorized.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all shared links are accessible and not restricted.
5. SELECTION PROCESS & CONFIRMATION
5.1 Selection decisions shall be made according to the criteria established by VPR Entertainment.
5.2 Selected participants will receive an official selection communication from VPR Entertainment.
5.3 Selected participants must confirm their participation within the time period specified in the selection communication.
5.4 Failure to confirm within the specified period may result in the opportunity being offered to another eligible participant.
5.5 VPR Entertainment reserves the right to make final selection decisions based on eligibility, performance, suitability, availability, event requirements and other applicable criteria.
5.6 Subject to applicable law, evaluation and scoring decisions relating to performance, presentation, personality and pageant-related criteria shall be final for the competition.
6. GRAND FINALE PARTICIPATION VALUE & MIERA SPONSORSHIP
6.1 Grand Finale Participation Value
The applicable Grand Finale Participation Value for VPR Miss & Mrs India 2027 – Season 6 is up to ₹1,50,000/-, representing the applicable Grand Finale participation fee and associated participation benefits determined by VPR Entertainment.
6.2 Miera Sponsorship Benefit
For eligible participants selected for the Grand Finale, Miera may sponsor the applicable Grand Finale Participation Fee up to ₹1,00,000/-.
The Miera sponsorship is a non-cash sponsorship benefit and is applied towards the applicable Grand Finale Participation Fee. It is not a cash prize or cash payment to the participant.
6.3 No Cash Alternative
The Miera sponsorship:
- Cannot be encashed.
- Cannot be withdrawn.
- Cannot be transferred to another participant.
- Cannot be converted into cash.
- Does not constitute a cash prize.
6.4 Charges Not Covered by Miera Sponsorship
The Miera sponsorship does not cover, unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Finale Hospitality Package
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Travel expenses
- Personal expenses
- Optional grooming and training services
- Professional photoshoot services
- Makeup and hair services
- Designer outfit rental
- Guest charges
- Any other applicable charges separately communicated by VPR Entertainment.
6.5 Mandatory Finale Hospitality
The Finale Hospitality Package is mandatory for selected finalists and is charged separately from the Miera sponsorship.
The applicable Hospitality Package may include accommodation, meals, event coordination, safety arrangements and other facilities specifically mentioned in the selected package.
6.6 FINALE CONFIRMATION & REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
After a participant is selected for the Grand Finale, the participant will be required to complete the prescribed confirmation process within the timeline communicated by VPR Entertainment.
The participant's Finale participation will be considered confirmed only after completing all required formalities, submitting the required documents and confirmations, and paying the applicable ₹10,000/- refundable security deposit.
The security deposit is collected as a participation and compliance security deposit and is not a Grand Finale participation fee, sponsorship fee or hospitality charge.
After successful completion of the official Grand Finale event and subject to compliance with the applicable event rules and policies, the participant may request the refund of the security deposit.
The refund process will be initiated after the participant submits the required refund/bank details through the official email communication provided by VPR Entertainment.
Any applicable deduction, where permitted under these Terms & Conditions, will be communicated to the participant.
The ₹1,00,000/- Miera sponsorship is not a cash benefit of ₹1,00,000/- payable to the participant. It is a sponsorship benefit applied towards the applicable Grand Finale Participation Fee for eligible selected participants.
The participant remains responsible for all charges specifically excluded from the sponsorship, including the applicable Finale Hospitality Package, refundable security deposit, travel expenses and other applicable charges.

11. HOTEL & TRAVEL
11.1 Finalists must select and purchase the applicable Finale Hospitality Package.
11.2 Travel expenses are not included unless specifically confirmed by VPR Entertainment.
11.3 Room allocation will be based on the selected hospitality package.
11.4 Participants must comply with hotel check-in and check-out requirements.
11.5 Participants must follow the official event schedule and instructions.
12. MEAL & CONDUCT POLICY
12.1 Vegetarian meals will be provided during the event.
12.2 Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited during official event activities and designated event premises.
12.3 Participants must maintain discipline and respectful behaviour at all times.
12.4 Misconduct or serious violation of event rules may result in suspension, removal from activities or disqualification, subject to applicable circumstances.
13. SECURITY DEPOSIT
13.1 Upon final selection and confirmation, participants may be required to submit a ₹10,000 refundable security deposit.
13.2 The security deposit is intended to cover potential damages, serious misconduct or material violations of event rules.
13.3 The security deposit will be eligible for refund after the participant successfully completes the required event participation, subject to applicable deductions.
13.4 Deductions may be made for:
- Property damage
- Serious misconduct
- Disciplinary violations
- Material violation of event rules
13.5 Any applicable deduction will be communicated to the participant.
13.6 The balance amount, if any, shall be refunded according to the applicable refund process.
14. MEDIA & CONTENT USAGE
14.1 Participants may voluntarily participate in photographs, videos, interviews, recordings, backstage activities, promotional campaigns and event content.
14.2 Subject to applicable law and any required consent, VPR Entertainment may use event-related photographs, videos, recordings and participant-provided content for promotional, marketing, editorial, educational and commercial purposes.
14.3 Participants shall not claim additional compensation solely because their image, voice or participation appears in official event or promotional content, except where separately agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
14.4 Participants agree to receive official event communication through WhatsApp, SMS, email or other communication channels provided during registration.
15. MIERA GIFT HAMPER
15.1 The Miera Gift Hamper is provided by the sponsor and is subject to availability.
15.2 The contents and value of the hamper may vary.
15.3 No cash alternative shall be provided.
15.4 Delivery may be subject to courier availability and delivery conditions.
15.5 VPR Entertainment shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
16. DISQUALIFICATION
A participant may be disqualified or removed from participation where permitted by applicable law and based on circumstances including:
- False information
- Forged documents
- Misrepresentation
- Serious misconduct
- Harassment
- Abusive behaviour
- Violation of event rules
- Unlawful activity
- Damage to property
- Serious breach of participant obligations
Where disqualification results from the participant's own misconduct or material violation, fees already paid shall generally not be refundable, except where required by applicable law.
17. OPTIONAL SERVICES & EVENT-INTEGRATED SERVICES
17.1 Optional services such as grooming, photoshoots, makeup and styling are voluntary and do not influence selection.
17.2 Where VPR Entertainment specifically designates an event-integrated service as requiring coordination through VPR Entertainment or an officially authorized partner for venue, safety, backstage, production or event-management reasons, participants must follow the applicable event requirement.
17.3 Participants will be informed of any such requirement before the applicable service is required.
17.4 Nothing in this clause prevents participants from independently choosing ordinary personal services that are not designated as event-integrated services.
18. ONLINE GROOMING & TRAINING POLICY
18.1 Participants enrolled in the Online Grooming & Training Program must attend sessions according to the announced schedule.
18.2 If a participant misses a session, recorded video access may be provided where available.
18.3 Missed sessions will generally not be rescheduled, repeated or carried forward to future seasons.
18.4 The grooming program is valid for the applicable season only.
18.5 The program cannot be transferred to another participant or future event unless expressly approved by VPR Entertainment.
19. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY & EVENT ACCESS
19.1 Only registered and authorized participants may participate in auditions and internal rounds.
19.2 Guests may attend the Grand Finale subject to event guidelines, venue capacity and applicable ticket or guest requirements.
19.3 Event schedules, activities and venues may be changed where reasonably necessary.
19.4 Participants must follow instructions issued by VPR Entertainment, event management, venue authorities and authorized staff.
20. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
20.1 Participation is voluntary.
20.2 Participants are responsible for exercising reasonable care regarding their personal safety, belongings, travel and participation.
20.3 Participants should disclose relevant health, dietary or safety requirements where reasonably necessary for their participation.
20.4 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VPR Entertainment shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from voluntary participation.
20.5 VPR Entertainment and its sponsors shall not be responsible for loss of personal belongings or circumstances outside their reasonable control.
20.6 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
21. EVENT CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
21.1 VPR Entertainment reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, format, activities or arrangements where reasonably necessary.
21.2 Such changes may occur due to venue availability, government restrictions, public safety requirements, weather, natural disasters, technical failures, transportation disruptions, public emergencies, pandemics, civil disturbances, strikes or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
21.3 Where reasonably possible, VPR Entertainment will communicate significant changes to participants.
21.4 Participants shall comply with revised schedules and arrangements communicated by VPR Entertainment.
22. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
22.1 Participant information will be collected and processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy of VPR Entertainment.
22.2 Information may be used for:

- Audition Management
- Selection
- Event Management
- Communication
- Participant Verification
- Recognition
- Marketing and Promotional Activities
- Customer Support
- Legal and Operational Requirements
22.3 Information may be shared with authorized service providers, payment processors, event partners, technology providers or legal authorities where reasonably required for legitimate event, operational or legal purposes.
22.4 VPR Entertainment does not sell participant personal data to unauthorized third parties.
23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
23.1 VPR Entertainment retains all rights in its brands, logos, trademarks, event concepts, content, designs, websites, systems and promotional materials, subject to applicable law.
23.2 Participants may not reproduce, modify, commercially exploit or represent official VPR branding as their own without prior written authorization.
23.3 Participant-created content remains subject to the applicable rights and permissions agreed at the time of submission or participation.
24. CANCELLATION & REFUND
24.1 Except where expressly provided under these Terms or required by applicable law, the Registration Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
24.2 No refund shall generally be payable merely because a participant:
- Changes their mind
- Withdraws voluntarily
- Fails to submit audition material
- Misses an audition
- Is not selected
- Is unable to participate due to personal reasons
24.3 Event participation fees and hospitality packages may have separate cancellation terms.
24.4 If VPR Entertainment cancels, postpones or materially modifies an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, alternative arrangements, credits or refunds, where applicable, may be considered according to the circumstances and applicable law.
25. MINOR PARTICIPANTS
25.1 Participants below 18 years of age may participate only with the prior written consent of their parent or legal guardian.
25.2 VPR Entertainment may require additional consent forms, identification documents, declarations or safeguards for minor participants.
25.3 The parent or legal guardian must review the applicable participation terms before providing consent.
25.4 Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any statutory rights or protections applicable to minor participants.
26. ORGANIZER'S RIGHTS
VPR Entertainment reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to:
- Accept or reject applications
- Verify participant information
- Conduct auditions
- Select participants
- Modify schedules
- Modify venues
- Modify event formats
- Modify event activities
- Suspend participation
- Remove participants for legitimate reasons
- Update event rules
- Appoint event personnel
- Appoint judges and jury members
- Engage sponsors and authorized partners
- Take reasonable measures for participant and community safety
27. JUDGING & RESULTS
27.1 Judging shall be conducted according to the criteria established for the applicable round.
27.2 Results may consider performance, confidence, personality, presentation, communication, talent, stage presence and other announced criteria.
27.3 Subject to applicable law, judges' evaluations shall be final in relation to subjective artistic and performance criteria.
27.4 No participant is guaranteed a title, crown, award, subtitle, selection, commercial opportunity, modelling assignment or future engagement merely by registering or participating.
28. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME
Participation in VPR Miss & Mrs India 2027 Season 6 does not guarantee:
- Selection
- Winning a title
- Crown
- Award
- Employment
- Income
- Business opportunity
- Modelling assignment
- Fame
- Social media growth
- Sponsorship
- Future contracts
All opportunities remain subject to eligibility, selection, availability, performance and applicable criteria.
29. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION
29.1 Participants are encouraged to first raise concerns with VPR Entertainment through the official communication channel.
29.2 VPR Entertainment may review complaints and attempt to resolve genuine concerns appropriately.
29.3 Nothing in these Terms prevents a participant from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.
29.4 Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
30. AMENDMENT OF TERMS
30.1 VPR Entertainment reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary.
30.2 Updated terms may be published on the official website.
30.3 Participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable Terms & Conditions before participating in the event or purchasing any applicable service.
31. FINAL DECLARATION
By registering for VPR Miss & Mrs India 2027 — Season 6, the participant confirms that:
- The information provided by the participant is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
- The participant has read and understood the applicable Terms & Conditions.
- The participant agrees to follow the official event rules and guidelines.
- The participant understands that registration does not guarantee selection.
- The participant understands the difference between the Miera Grand Finale Sponsorship, mandatory Finale Hospitality and optional services.
- The participant understands that the Miera sponsorship is a non-cash sponsorship benefit subject to applicable eligibility and sponsorship terms.
- The participant agrees to comply with reasonable instructions issued by VPR Entertainment and authorized event personnel.
- The participant acknowledges that participation is voluntary and subject to applicable eligibility and event requirements.
