1. Eligibility Criteria
a. The candidate must agree to abide by all rules and regulations, which may be
modified from time to time by the organizers.
b. The candidate’s age should be between 16 to 40 years (Miss category) and 18 to 65
years (Mrs. category).
c. Candidates must produce valid age proof documents (e.g., Passport, Birth
Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Driver’s License, Aadhar Card, etc.).
d. The candidate must be an Indian citizen, either married, unmarried, divorced, single
mother or a widow.
e. For minor participants (under 18 years): A consent letter with an affidavit from
the parents/legal guardians will be required, confirming their participation in the
pageant.
2. Registration and Fees
a. The registration fee is ₹3500, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
b. If selected, you will be required to pay the Pageant Finale Fee.
c. VPR Miss & Mrs. India 2025 – Finale Sponsorship Details:
o If selected, Miera will sponsor ₹1,00,000 Finale pageant fee for successful
participants, granting them free entry into the Finale round. This sponsorship
exclusively covers the cost of participating in the Finale; it is not a cash prize.
o Why is this Sponsorship Special?
1. Direct Access to the Finale: Selected participants will be fully
sponsored to compete in the prestigious Finale round without paying
the ₹1,00,000 entry fee. This means they can focus entirely on their
preparation, knowing that their spot is secured by Miera’s support.

2. No Cash Award: It’s important to note that this sponsorship is not a
cash amount given to participants. Instead, it’s a direct sponsorship of
the entry fee required for the Finale.
3. Miera’s Commitment to Empowerment: Through this sponsorship,
Miera supports the dreams of talented individuals by covering Finale
entry costs, helping them take a significant step toward their
aspirations in the pageant.

3. Audition Process
a. After registration, candidates will receive a Miera gift hamper containing skin and
hair care products.
b. Participants must create a creative video featuring the products from the gift
hamper & submit those to us as instructed. This video will be evaluated as part of the
audition process.
c. The video must be posted on social media, tagging the brand, and must meet the
given guidelines for quality and content.
d. Contestants will undergo virtual interviews with judges via Zoom, and finalists will
be selected based on their overall performance.
e. The result of the audition will be provided by VPR via email and will not be
disclosed by the Miera team.
4. Selection Process and Confirmation
a. If selected, you will receive a selection e-mail from VPR.
b. You must reply within 2 days of receiving the selection email to confirm your
acceptance and continue participation. Failure to respond within the given time frame
will result in your spot being offered to the next deserving candidate.
c. Upon confirmation, you will be required to submit a ₹15,000 security deposit. This
amount is refundable after you attend the event from start to end, and will be
refunded after considering any damages, misbehavior, or other issues.
d. You will receive the selection email on the email address provided by you at the
time of registration. It is your responsibility to check your emails regularly for updates
from VPR regarding same.
5. Hotel & Travel Arrangements
a. Contestants will be provided with hotel accommodation and meals for official
events. Travel expenses must be borne by the participant. (*Conditions apply)
b. For the finale, rooms will be shared with another contestant. If a contestant has any
special requirements or medical issues, they are responsible for booking a separate
room at their own cost in the same premises where our other contestents are staying.
c. Contestants are expected to adhere to the scheduled check-in/check-out times and
make their own arrangements for transport.
6. Meal and Conduct Policy
a. Only 100% pure vegetarian meals will be provided during the event. Non-
vegetarian meals are strictly prohibited.
b. Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited at the event.
c. Participants are expected to behave in a disciplined and respectful manner at all
times during the event. Any misconduct or misbehavior with other contestants or
event organizers will result in disqualification.
7. Liability and Risk
a. The organizers and all sponsors (including Miera) are not responsible for any loss,
injury, or accident that may occur during the event. Participation is at the contestant's
own risk.
b. The decision of the Jury & Judges is final in all cases.

8. Event Access and Attendance
a. Only the participating contestant will be allowed inside the designated venue during
the preliminary rounds. Family members, friends, or relatives are not permitted to
attend during the preliminary sessions. They may attend the Finale event after
completing necessary formalities.
b. The schedule and location of events are subject to change at the organizer’s
discretion.
9. Contestant Rights and Media Usage
a. The organizers have the right to use photographs, videos, and other media content
created during the event for promotional purposes. Contestants waive any claims for
compensation in respect of such usage.
b. The contestant agrees to receive event-related information and promotional content
via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
a. Any dispute arising from the participation will be resolved at the sole discretion of
the organizers.
b. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
11. Finalist Terms
a. If selected as a finalist, the contestant agrees to fully participate in the finale event.
They are required to cover all costs related to their personal travel, accommodation,
and other expenses not covered by the organizer or sponsors.
b. The pageant organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend the event
as necessary.
c. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in all cases, including if
the contestant is selected as a finalist
12. Miera Gift Hamper Disclaimer
a. Miera is providing the gift hampers, which contain various products. VPR and the
organizers are not responsible for the quality, size, quantity, delay, or damage of the
parcel.
b. The courier service for the gift hamper will be provided by the sponsor. The delivery
time, selection, and all decisions related to the hamper will be solely at the sponsor’s
discretion.
c. The gift hamper cannot be converted into cash or claimed in any form. Participants
cannot challenge the nature, contents, or delivery of the gift hamper in any way.
d. The process to receive the gift hamper will be explained by the VPR team or an
authorized VPR consulate through our official mail id. The gift hamper will be
delivered within 30 days from the date you claim for gift hamper and you get
confirmation reply from us.
e. Miera will consider the courier receipt and tracking details as the final proof of
delivery for the gift hamper received by you. You cannot claim non-receipt of the
courier or state that the parcel was lost in transit.
13. Privacy Policy
a. Any personal information provided by the contestant will be used solely for the
purpose of the pageant registration and will not be sold or distributed to third parties.
14. Declaration
a. I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions in
my preferred language, with the consent of my family members.
b. I understand that the organizers and all sponsors are not responsible for any loss,
damage, or injury during the event, including any damage to personal belongings.

c. I agree that any legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in
Ahmedabad.
