VPR Miss & Mrs India 2027 — Season 6

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1.1

The participant must agree to comply with all official rules, regulations, policies and guidelines issued by VPR Entertainment.

1.2

VPR Entertainment may update programme rules, schedules, procedures or participation requirements where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

1.3 MISS CATEGORY

Candidates must generally be between 18 and 40 years of age, subject to the official category requirements applicable to Season 6.

1.4 MRS CATEGORY

Candidates must generally be between 18 and 65 years of age, subject to the official category requirements applicable to Season 6.

1.5

Participants may be required to provide valid proof of age and identity, including government-recognized identification or other acceptable documents.

1.6

The participant must satisfy the applicable citizenship and residency requirements communicated by VPR Entertainment.

1.7

Eligible marital-status categories may include married, unmarried, divorced, single mother and widow participants, subject to applicable category requirements.

1.8

Any category-specific eligibility requirement announced by VPR Entertainment shall apply to the applicable participant.

2. REGISTRATION & REGISTRATION FEE

2.1

The official audition registration fee is:

₹3,000/-

2.2

The Registration Fee applies to the VPR Miss & Mrs India 2027 Season 6 audition process.

2.3

Registration does not guarantee selection for the Grand Finale.

2.4

Registration confirms the participant’s application for the audition process only.

2.5

The Registration Fee is generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.6

All registration information must be accurate, complete and genuine.

2.7

VPR Entertainment may reject or cancel an application where information is false, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent or unverifiable.

3. AUDITION PROCESS

After successful registration, participants may be required to complete the official audition process communicated by VPR Entertainment.

The audition process may include:

Introduction Video

Approx. 45 seconds showcasing personality, confidence and introduction.

Miera Products Reel

Approx. 45 seconds featuring Miera products according to the official creative guidelines.

Ramp Walk Video

Approx. 45 seconds demonstrating posture, confidence and presentation.

Q&A Round

The Q&A may be conducted through Zoom or another platform designated by VPR Entertainment.

Participants may also be required to attend virtual interviews or other audition activities.

4. AUDITION EVALUATION

Selection may consider factors including:

• Overall performance
• Confidence
• Personality
• Presentation
• Communication
• Stage presence
• Category suitability
• Audition performance
• Q&A performance
• Overall suitability for the programme

The final selection shall be subject to the official evaluation and selection process.

Direct large-file attachments are not recommended.

Incomplete submissions or inaccessible links may result in rejection or delay.

WhatsApp submissions shall not be considered for official audition evaluation unless specifically authorised.

6. SELECTION & CONFIRMATION

Selected participants will receive official communication through the communication channel designated by VPR Entertainment.

Selected participants may be required to confirm participation within the specified deadline.

Failure to confirm within the communicated timeline may result in the opportunity being offered to another eligible participant.

VPR Entertainment reserves the right to make final selection decisions based on eligibility, performance, suitability, availability, event requirements and other applicable criteria.

7. GRAND FINALE PARTICIPATION

Selection for the Grand Finale is separate from audition registration.

Being registered for the audition does not automatically make a participant a Grand Finale finalist.

Only participants officially selected and confirmed by VPR Entertainment shall be eligible for Grand Finale participation.

8. GRAND FINALE PARTICIPATION VALUE & MIERA SPONSORSHIP

1.1 Grand Finale Participation Value

The applicable Grand Finale Participation Value for VPR Miss & Mrs India 2027 – Season 6 is up to ₹1,50,000/-, representing the applicable Grand Finale participation fee and associated participation benefits determined by VPR Entertainment.

1.2 Miera Sponsorship Benefit

For eligible participants selected for the Grand Finale, Miera may sponsor the applicable Grand Finale Participation Fee up to ₹1,00,000/-.

The Miera sponsorship is a non-cash sponsorship benefit and is applied towards the applicable Grand Finale Participation Fee. It is not a cash prize or cash payment to the participant.

1.3 No Cash Alternative

The Miera sponsorship:

• Cannot be encashed.
• Cannot be withdrawn.
• Cannot be transferred to another participant.
• Cannot be converted into cash.
• Does not constitute a cash prize.

1.4 Charges Not Covered by Miera Sponsorship

The Miera sponsorship does not cover, unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Finale Hospitality Package
• Accommodation
• Meals
• Travel expenses
• Personal expenses
• Optional grooming and training services
• Professional photoshoot services
• Makeup and hair services
• Designer outfit rental
• Guest charges
• Any other applicable charges separately communicated by VPR Entertainment.

1.5 Mandatory Finale Hospitality

The Finale Hospitality Package is mandatory for selected finalists and is charged separately from the Miera sponsorship.

The applicable Hospitality Package may include accommodation, meals, event coordination, safety arrangements and other facilities specifically mentioned in the selected package.

** 1.6 Important Clarification**

The ₹1,00,000/- Miera sponsorship is not a cash benefit of ₹1,00,000/- payable to the participant. It is a sponsorship benefit applied towards the applicable Grand Finale Participation Fee for eligible selected participants.

The participant remains responsible for all charges specifically excluded from the sponsorship, including the applicable Finale Hospitality Package, refundable security deposit, travel expenses and other applicable charges.

9. NATURE OF MIERA SPONSORSHIP

The Miera Sponsorship Benefit is a non-cash sponsorship benefit.

It is not:

• a cash prize;
• guaranteed cash payment;
• transferable cash;
• withdrawable cash; or
• an unconditional financial entitlement.

Where applicable, the sponsorship shall be applied towards the eligible Grand Finale participation fee according to the official sponsorship terms.

10. COSTS NOT COVERED BY MIERA SPONSORSHIP

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the Miera Sponsorship does not automatically cover:

• Finale Hospitality Package
• Accommodation
• Meals
• Travel
• Personal expenses
• Optional grooming/training
• Professional photoshoot packages
• Makeup and hair services
• Designer outfit rental
• Guest charges
• Optional premium services
• Other separately communicated charges

11. FINALE HOSPITALITY

1.1 The Finale Hospitality Package is mandatory for selected finalists.

1.2 The package is required for accommodation, meals, event coordination, safety and professional event management during the official Finale period.

Prices may vary depending upon venue, availability, accommodation arrangements, meal plans, taxes and logistics.

12. TRAVEL

Travel expenses to and from the event venue are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing by VPR Entertainment.

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements unless otherwise communicated.

13. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

Selected Grand Finale participants may be required to submit:

₹10,000/- Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit is separate from:

• Registration Fee;
• Grand Finale Participation Fee;
• Miera Sponsorship;
• Hospitality Charges; and
• Optional Services.

The deposit may be used in accordance with the applicable event rules for matters such as:

• Property damage;
• Serious misconduct;
• Material event-rule violations; or
• Other expressly stated compliance obligations.

Subject to compliance with the applicable terms, eligible balance amounts may be refunded after successful completion of the required event participation.

Refund processing may generally take 10–15 working days after receipt and verification of the required refund details.

14. GRAND FINALE EXPERIENCE

Eligible selected finalists may participate in applicable activities such as:

• Grand Finale Event
• Stage Performance
• Talent Round
• Ramp Walk
• Fitness Round
• Orientation Sessions
• Ramp Walk Practice
• DJ Party Access
• City Tour, where applicable
• Welcome Kit
• Event Photography
• Event Videography

Winners may receive applicable:

Finalists may receive applicable finalist recognition.

All such benefits remain subject to the official event schedule, availability and applicable conditions.

16. GROOMING & TRAINING

Where a participant voluntarily purchases the Online Grooming & Training Programme, the programme shall be valid for the applicable Season 6 programme only.

Sessions shall follow the announced schedule.

Missed sessions generally will not be rescheduled or carried forward unless specifically communicated otherwise.

17. MIERA PRODUCT BENEFIT THROUGH QUEENHOOD

The Miera product benefit available to eligible First 1,000 participants is provided as part of the applicable VPR QUEENHOOD™ Founding Membership inclusion.

The applicable benefit may include Miera products having a stated value of up to:

₹5,000/-

Product selection, combination, availability, redemption, delivery and applicable conditions shall be governed by the applicable Queenhood offer.

This benefit should not be interpreted as an unconditional cash equivalent.

18. QUEENHOOD MEMBERSHIP — IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION

The VPR QUEENHOOD™ Membership is a separate membership programme.

Regular Queenhood Membership Value:

₹10,000/-

The First 1,000 eligible VPR Miss & Mrs India 2027 Season 6 registrations may receive this membership INCLUDED as a special Founding Membership benefit.

The included membership may provide access to the Queenhood community and applicable membership benefits.

However:

Queenhood Membership does not guarantee:

• Pageant selection
• Finalist selection
• Winner status
• Crown
• Title
• Award
• Sponsorship
• Grand Finale participation
• Modelling work
• Employment
• Income
• Commercial contracts

19. NO DOUBLE BENEFIT / SEPARATE PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

VPR QUEENHOOD™ and VPR Miss & Mrs India 2027 are separate programmes.

The special First 1,000 offer allows eligible pageant registrants to receive the specified Queenhood Membership inclusion.

This does not mean that all Queenhood benefits are permanent or automatic pageant benefits for every VPR Miss & Mrs India participant.

After the First 1,000 Founding allocation is exhausted, new pageant registrations will not automatically receive the special Queenhood Founding Membership inclusion unless officially announced by VPR Entertainment.

20. NO GUARANTEE OF PAGEANT OUTCOME

Registration or participation does not guarantee:

• Selection
• Finalist status
• Winner title
• Crown
• Sash
• Award
• Grand Finale participation
• Sponsorship
• Modelling opportunity
• Acting opportunity
• Employment
• Income
• Brand collaboration
• Media coverage
• Social media growth
• Future contracts

All opportunities remain subject to eligibility, performance, selection, availability and applicable programme criteria.

21. JUDGING & RESULTS

Judging may consider:

• Confidence
• Personality
• Presentation
• Communication
• Talent
• Stage presence
• Overall performance
• Other announced criteria

Subject to applicable law, evaluations relating to subjective artistic, performance and presentation criteria shall be treated as final for the competition.

No participant is guaranteed a title, award or commercial opportunity.

22. MEDIA & CONTENT USAGE

Participants may voluntarily participate in:

• Photography
• Videography
• Interviews
• Recordings
• Backstage activities
• Promotional campaigns
• Event content
• Social media content

Where applicable and subject to appropriate consent and applicable law, VPR Entertainment may use approved participant photographs, videos, recordings and participant-provided content for:

• Marketing
• Promotion
• Social media
• Website
• Editorial
• Public relations
• Educational content
• Commercial promotion

Any separate consent required by law or by the applicable activity may be obtained separately.

23. MIERA GIFT / PRODUCT DELIVERY

Miera products provided under the applicable offer are subject to:

• Product availability
• Applicable offer terms
• Delivery conditions
• Courier availability
• Applicable product allocation

The product benefit cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash.

VPR Entertainment shall not be responsible for delays caused solely by third-party courier or delivery services.

24. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Participants must:

• Behave professionally;
• Follow event rules;
• Respect other participants;
• Respect venue rules;
• Follow instructions of authorised event personnel;
• Avoid harassment;
• Avoid abusive behaviour;
• Avoid threats;
• Avoid discriminatory behaviour; and
• Maintain appropriate conduct.

25. DISQUALIFICATION

A participant may be disqualified or removed from participation, subject to applicable law, for circumstances including:

• False information;
• Forged documents;
• Misrepresentation;
• Fraud;
• Serious misconduct;
• Harassment;
• Abusive behaviour;
• Violation of event rules;
• Unlawful activity;
• Damage to property;
• Material breach of participant obligations.

Where disqualification results from the participant’s own misconduct or material violation, fees already paid will generally not be refundable except where required by applicable law.

26. HOTEL & EVENT CONDUCT

Participants staying at official event accommodation must comply with:

• Hotel rules;
• Venue rules;
• Safety instructions;
• Event schedule;
• Management instructions;
• Applicable check-in/check-out requirements.

Participants shall be responsible for damage caused by their own intentional or negligent conduct, subject to applicable law.

27. MEAL & CONDUCT POLICY

Where meals are included in the applicable package, the meal plan shall be according to the selected package.

Vegetarian meals may be provided during official event activities where specified by the event plan.

Smoking and alcohol consumption may be prohibited during official event activities and designated event premises.

Participants must follow applicable venue and event rules.

28. EVENT CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE

VPR Entertainment may modify:

• Event dates;
• Venues;
• Schedules;
• Activities;
• Event formats;
• Production arrangements; or
• Other operational details

where reasonably necessary.

Circumstances may include:

• Venue availability;
• Government restrictions;
• Public safety requirements;
• Weather;
• Natural disasters;
• Technical failures;
• Transportation disruptions;
• Public emergencies;
• Pandemics;
• Civil disturbances;
• Strikes; or
• Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, significant changes shall be communicated to participants.

29. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Participant information may be collected and processed for legitimate and disclosed purposes connected with:

• Registration;
• Audition management;
• Selection;
• Participant verification;
• Event management;
• Communication;
• Recognition;
• Customer support;
• Marketing where permitted;
• Safety and security; and
• Legal/operational requirements.

Information may include:

• Name;
• Age/date of birth;
• Contact details;
• City/state;
• Email;
• WhatsApp number;
• Social media information;
• Photographs;
• Audition materials;
• Registration information;
• Event participation information.

Applicable privacy and data-protection laws shall be respected.

30. DATA SHARING

Relevant information may be shared with authorised:

• Employees;
• Technology providers;
• Payment processors;
• Event partners;
• Service providers;
• Sponsors;
• Professional advisers; or
• Legal authorities,

where reasonably necessary for legitimate programme, operational, contractual, security or legal purposes.

VPR Entertainment does not intend to sell participant personal data as a standalone commercial asset.

31. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights relating to:

• VPR Entertainment;
• VPR Miss & Mrs India;
• VPR QUEENHOOD™;
• Logos;
• Trademarks;
• Event concepts;
• Website content;
• Designs;
• Graphics;
• Promotional material;
• Videos;
• Official photographs;
• Training materials; and
• Other proprietary material

belong to VPR Entertainment and/or the applicable rights holder.

Participants may not reproduce, modify, commercially exploit or represent official VPR materials as their own without written authorisation.

32. PARTICIPANT-CREATED CONTENT

Where a participant submits content for official audition, promotion or programme purposes, the participant confirms that she has the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.

The participant must not knowingly submit copyrighted, defamatory, unlawful, misleading or unauthorised material.

Applicable content permissions and usage terms may be communicated separately where required.

33. OPTIONAL SERVICES DO NOT INFLUENCE SELECTION

Purchase or non-purchase of:

• Grooming;
• Training;
• Photoshoot;
• Makeup;
• Styling;
• Outfit rental; or
• Other optional services

does not determine or guarantee selection.

Selection shall remain subject to evaluation process.

34. CANCELLATION & REFUND

Except where expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law:

Registration Fee

The ₹3,000 Registration Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refund shall generally be payable merely because a participant:

• Changes her mind;
• Withdraws voluntarily;
• Fails to submit audition material;
• Misses an audition;
• Is not selected;
• Is unable to participate for personal reasons.

Event participation fees, hospitality packages and optional services may have separate cancellation terms.

35. QUEENHOOD INCLUSION — NO CASH ALTERNATIVE

The special VPR QUEENHOOD™ Membership inclusion for eligible First 1,000 participants:

• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be transferred without approval;
• cannot be converted into a cash refund; and
• is subject to the applicable Queenhood Membership Terms & Conditions.

36. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are responsible for:

• Accuracy of information;
• Submission of correct materials;
• Maintaining accessible submission links;
• Attending required activities;
• Following official instructions;
• Their personal belongings;
• Travel arrangements;
• Compliance with applicable event rules.

37. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation is voluntary.

Participants are responsible for exercising reasonable care regarding their personal safety, belongings, travel and participation.

Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions issued by VPR Entertainment, venue authorities and authorised event personnel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VPR Entertainment shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from voluntary participation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

38. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law, VPR Entertainment reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject applications;
• Verify information;
• Conduct auditions;
• Select participants;
• Appoint judges;
• Engage sponsors;
• Modify schedules;
• Modify venues;
• Modify event formats;
• Modify event activities;
• Update programme rules;
• Suspend participation;
• Remove participants for legitimate reasons;
• Take reasonable safety measures.

39. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION

Participants should rely only on official communication issued by VPR Entertainment or its authorised representatives.

No individual participant, ambassador, mentor, coordinator or other person may guarantee:

• Selection;
• Sponsorship;
• Awards;
• Titles;
• Employment;
• Commercial opportunities; or
• Any other benefit

unless expressly authorised in writing.

40. UNAUTHORISED COLLECTION OF MONEY

Participants must make payments only through officially communicated VPR Entertainment payment channels.

No individual may collect money in the name of VPR Entertainment, VPR Miss & Mrs India or VPR QUEENHOOD™ without written authorisation.

VPR Entertainment shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised individuals or unofficial accounts.

41. COMPLAINTS & SUPPORT

Participants may contact VPR Entertainment through the official communication channels provided on the website or registration communication.

Concerns shall be reviewed to the extent reasonably practicable and permitted by law.

Serious unlawful matters may be referred to the appropriate authority.

42. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Participants are encouraged to first attempt good-faith resolution of concerns through written communication with VPR Entertainment.

Subject to applicable law and mandatory statutory jurisdiction, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at:

Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a participant from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.

43. AMENDMENT OF TERMS

VPR Entertainment may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

Updated Terms may be published on the official website or communicated through official channels.

However, any material change affecting an existing paid contractual commitment shall be handled subject to applicable law.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable Terms before purchasing additional services or participating in applicable programmes.

44. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

45. FINAL DECLARATION

By registering for:

VPR MISS & MRS INDIA 2027 — SEASON 6

the participant confirms that:

1. The information provided is true and accurate to the best of her knowledge.
2. She has read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
3. She understands that the ₹3,000 Registration Fee is for the audition and selection process.
4. She understands that registration does not guarantee selection.
5. She understands that the First 1,000 Queenhood inclusion is a limited special offer.
6. She understands that VPR QUEENHOOD™ is a separate membership programme.
7. She understands that the Queenhood Membership inclusion is subject to eligibility and the Founding 1,000 limit.
8. She understands that Queenhood benefits are subject to applicable eligibility, availability, selection and programme conditions.
9. She understands that the ₹1,00,000 Miera Sponsorship is an opportunity and not a guaranteed cash benefit.
10. She understands that Miera sponsorship is subject to official sponsorship terms and eligibility.
11. She understands that Finale Hospitality and other applicable charges may be separate.
12. She agrees to comply with official event rules.
13. She agrees to follow reasonable instructions issued by VPR Entertainment and authorised event personnel.
14. She understands and accepts the applicable Privacy Policy and other relevant policies.
15. She agrees to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
