Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria
a. The candidate must agree to abide by all rules and regulations, which may be modified from time to time by the organizers.
b. The candidate’s age should be between 16 to 40 years (Miss Category) and 18 to 65 years (Mrs. Category).
c. Candidates must produce valid age proof documents (e.g., Passport, Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Driver’s License, Aadhar Card, etc.).
d. The candidate must be an Indian citizen, either married, unmarried, divorced, single mother or a widow.
e. For minor participants (under 18 years): A consent letter with an affidavit from the parents/legal guardians will be required.

2. Registration and Fees
a. The registration fee is ₹2999, (non-refundable and non-transferable).
b. Registration confirms participation in the audition process only and does not guarantee selection for the finale.

3. Audition Round Process
a. After registration, candidates will receive a Miera gift hamper (approx. value ₹5000, subject to availability).
b. Participants must create and submit required audition content as per the guidelines provided by VPR.

Audition Requirements (Content Submission)
Participants are required to prepare and submit the following:
Introduction Video (Approx. 45 seconds)
– Personal introduction, confidence, personality showcase
Miera Products Reels (Approx. 45 seconds)
– Creative videos featuring Miera products
Ramp Walk Video (Approx. 45 seconds)
– Basic ramp walk performance showcasing posture & confidence
Q&A Round
– Conducted through online Zoom session with judges

c. Participants may be required to post selected content on social media, tagging the brand, as per guidelines.
d. Contestants may undergo virtual interviews via Zoom or other digital platforms.
e. Final selection will be based on:
• Overall performance
• Confidence & personality
• Presentation & communication
f. The result of the audition will be communicated by VPR via official email only.
g. All participants are required to submit their audition entries only through the official email ID provided by VPR.

Important Guidelines
j. Incomplete submissions or missing videos may lead to rejection without notice.
k. Incorrect subject line or improperly formatted email may result in delay or rejection of application.
l. Each participant is allowed to submit only one complete entry unless otherwise instructed.
m. WhatsApp submissions will not be accepted for audition evaluation.
n. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the shared links are accessible and not restricted.

4. VPR Miss & Mrs. India 2027 – Finale Sponsorship Details
a. If selected, Miera will sponsor up to ₹1,00,000/- Grand Finale Participation for successful participants, granting them entry into the Grand        Finale round. This sponsorship exclusively covers the cost of participating in the Finale; it is not a cash prize.
b. Why is this Sponsorship Special?
    Direct Access to the Finale: Selected participants will be fully sponsored to compete in the Grand Finale round without paying the                    ₹1,00,000/- entry fee.
    No Cash Award: This sponsorship is not a cash payout and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
    Miera’s Commitment: This initiative supports participants by covering their finale entry cost and promoting talent at a national level.

6. Sponsorship Does Not Cover:
a. Online Grooming & Training Package (₹9999)
b. Professional Photoshoot Package (₹5999)
c. Rental Designer Outfit (₹2500–₹5000 per dress)
d. Professional Makeup & Hair (₹3500 per face per session)
e. Finale Hospitality Package (Mandatory for Finalists)

7. Selection Process and Confirmation
a. If selected, you will receive an official selection email from VPR.
b. You must respond within 48 hours to confirm participation.
c. Failure to respond may result in your position being offered to another participant.
d. Organizer reserves full rights for final selection decisions.

8. Hotel & Travel Arrangements
a. Finalists must book the Finale Hospitality Package (Mandatory) for accommodation and meals during the event.
b. Travel expenses are not included and must be borne by the participant.
c. Rooms will be allocated as per selected package (sharing or single).
d. Participants must follow hotel check-in/check-out timings and event schedules.

9. Finale Hospitality Package (Mandatory for Finalists)
For safety, coordination & professional event management
Basic Package: ₹18,000 + GST PER PERSON (Triple sharing)
Premium Package: ₹21,000 + GST PER PERSON (Twin sharing)
VIP Package: ₹35,000 + GST PER PERSON (Single occupancy)
Includes: 3 Nights / 4 Days stay + All 4-meals

Participants may choose to upgrade their experience through optional services. These services are not mandatory and do not affect selection.

11. Meal and Conduct Policy
a. Only vegetarian meals will be provided during the event.
b. Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited.
c. Participants must maintain discipline and respectful behavior at all times.
d. Misconduct or violation may lead to immediate disqualification without refund.

12. Liability and Risk
a. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
b. Organizers and sponsors are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the event.
c. Decision of judges and jury shall be final and binding.

13. Event Access and Attendance
a. Only registered participants will be allowed in audition and internal rounds.
b. Guests may attend finale event as per event guidelines.
c. Event schedule and venue are subject to change.

14. Contestant Rights and Media Usage
a. Organizers have full rights to use photos/videos for promotion.
b. Participants will not claim any compensation for media usage.
c. Participants agree to receive communication via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

15. Disqualification
a. Providing false information, misconduct, or violation of rules may result in disqualification.
b. No refund will be issued in such cases.

16. Miera Gift Hamper Disclaimer
a. Gift hamper is provided by sponsor and subject to availability.
b. Organizer is not responsible for product quality, delivery delay, or courier issues.
c. No cash alternative will be provided.
d. Courier proof shall be considered final delivery confirmation.

17. Optional Services Policy (Exclusivity Clause)
a. All optional services offered by VPR (including Grooming, Photoshoot, Makeup, Styling, etc.) are not compulsory for participation.
b. However, if a participant chooses to avail any of these services, they must be taken only through VPR or its officially authorized partners.
c. Use of any external agency, third-party vendor, or personal service provider for event-related services is strictly not permitted.
d. Any violation of this clause may result in disqualification or restriction from participating in specific event activities, without any refund.

18. Privacy Policy
a. Participant information will be used only for event purposes.
b. Data will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

19. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
a. Any dispute shall be resolved at the sole discretion of the organizers.
b. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

20. Online Grooming & Training Policy
a. Participants enrolled in the Online Grooming & Training Program must attend sessions as per the schedule.
b. If any participant misses a session, they will be provided recorded video access for learning purposes.
c. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled, repeated, or carried forward to future seasons.
d. The grooming program is valid only for the current season and cannot be transferred to another participant or future event.

21. Security Deposit Policy
a. Upon final selection and confirmation, participants are required to submit a ₹10,000 refundable security deposit.
b. This amount will be refunded after the participant successfully attends and completes the event from start to end.
c. Refund will be processed after evaluating:
    Any damages caused
    Misconduct or disciplinary issues
    Violation of event rules
d. In case of any such issues, the organizer reserves the right to partially or fully deduct the security deposit.
e. The decision of the organizer regarding refund or deduction shall be final and binding.

22. Final Declaration
a. By registering, the participant confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions.
b. Participant agrees that all information provided is true and accurate.
c. Participant agrees to follow all rules and event guidelines.
